About the Seminar
Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) is increasingly used in diabetes care worldwide, offering valuable insights into glucose patterns that can support more personalised approaches to patient management. In overseas practice, pharmacists have been involved in understanding CGM data and working alongside other healthcare professionals to guide patients in using this information to support their daily self-care.
This seminar will equip participants with practical skills to interpret CGM readings, identify trends, and translate data into actionable collaborative care strategies that encourage patient engagement and self-management. Through evidence-based learning and practical case examples, participants will gain confidence in integrating CGM into primary healthcare practice and supporting patients to make informed lifestyle and treatment decisions.
