Primary Care Pharmacy Consortium 2023
Advancing Primary Care Pharmacy Services: Fostering Collaboration
The Primary Healthcare Blueprint provides a strategic road map for the establishment of a robust primary healthcare system, with a significant emphasis on enhancing pharmacy services in preventive care and disease management. This approach opens up immense opportunities for interprofessional collaboration and innovative models of care delivery in primary care pharmacy.
Primary Care Pharmacy Consortium:
The Primary Care Pharmacy Consortium aims to connect community service providers to exchange their experiences, and to discuss the opportunities and challenges of local primary care pharmacy services. It also seeks to facilitate networking and to foster collaborations on:
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of primary care pharmacy services;
- Research to guide evidence-based pharmacy practice in primary care setting;
